This group is a safe, compassionate space where women heal together, release the weight of the past, and rediscover the joy of being fully themselves. Some participants are recovering from addictive processes, some aren’t. All are focused on the recovery of the experience and resourcefulness of their true, authentic Self.

Deepen your IFS practice and recover more of your Self-leadership.

For those already familiar with IFS, this group is a space to expand your presence, strengthen your resilience, and live with greater freedom, clarity, and joy.

  • Experience more joy and lightness in daily life

Partswork For Practitioners Group

Deepen your skills and confidence using IFS in your work with others.

This group is designed for therapists, coaches, and helping professionals who want to strengthen their application of IFS in a supportive peer environment. You’ll practice, learn, and receive feedback in real time — all while doing your own parts work alongside colleagues who understand the challenges of working with clients.

How It Works

Each group is designed to give you consistent support, connection, and space to grow - without overwhelming your schedule.

Three 90-minute sessions each month

  • Small group size to create trust and connection

  • Online via Zoom so you can join from anywhere

  • $700 initial deposit covers your first three months

  • $250/month after your initial commitment

You’ll have a stable, ongoing community where growth becomes natural and sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these groups for?
These groups are for people who are ready to do meaningful inner work in a supportive, compassionate environment. Each group is designed for a specific audience (Partswork Masters, Women’s Recovery, or Men’s Recovery), so you’ll be surrounded by people who share similar experiences and goals.

What happens in a session?
Sessions typically include guided IFS practices, opportunities to share and process, and space to learn from the experiences of others. You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, new tools, and the encouragement of your group.

How much time will it take?
Each group meets three times a month for 90 minutes. Beyond that, your only “homework” is paying attention to your own inner experience between sessions.

Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Sessions are recorded and made available to group members for a limited time only. This way, you can revisit a session if you miss it — while still protecting confidentiality.

What are the group agreements?
We co-create a set of agreements that help make the group a safe, respectful, and supportive space. These include confidentiality, listening without judgment, and speaking from your own experience.
