Step Into a New Realm of Coaching

Elevate is an advanced training program for experienced coaches who want to expand their range, deepen their presence, and unlock new ways of working with clients — using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.

This is for coaches who already do transformational work — and are ready for what’s next.

For Coaches Who Sense There’s More

Until you’ve experienced IFS for yourself, it’s hard to imagine the difference it makes. The goal of the IFS model is Self-leadership. Using IFS, coaches become “Self-led”- they lead their lives and support their clients from who they really are - their true, authentic Selves. And that energy is powerful. It’s called Self-energy and it is contagious. Self-leadership ENERGIZES coaching - it awakens clarity and compassion in the coach because it embraces whatever the client brings -

Their self-sabotage, their procrastination, their resistance, their fears and worries, their anxiety, their challenges, their caution, their self-defeat and discouragment, their confusion, and their distractions.

Whatever the client brings, the Self-led coach has room for it. The Self-led coach embraces the client - actually meets them where they are - and helps them understand themselves in ways that they never had. Does the Self-led coach have superpowers? YES! Because they are coaching from Self.

Coaching at a Different Level

Elevate is a live training program where experienced coaches learn to integrate the IFS model into their practice.

This program will help you:

  • See your clients — and yourself — through a new lens

  • Navigate the patterns that keep showing up, no matter how skilled your coaching

  • Invite clients into accessing their innate resources for clarity, compassion, and choice

  • Bring more ease, depth, and flow into every coaching conversation

This isn’t about working harder. It’s about working differently — with more insight, more possibility, and more freedom.

Beyond Transformation

Your clients are already creating change. But there are deeper places that traditional coaching tools don’t always reach.

IFS gives you a way to:

  • Understand and work with the protective strategies that keep clients from shifting

  • Uncover the drivers beneath resistance and self-sabotage

  • Invite parts of your clients into the conversation that were previously hidden

  • Support change that’s integrated and sustainable, not just temporary

IFS takes coaching where it often can’t go on its own — opening access to what’s been waiting beneath the surface all along.
